This East coast colonial home has plenty of charm but really challenged the homeowners when they were trying to expand the very small master bathroom. We reviewed the home and the design parameters from the homeowners to determine the most cost-effective approach that meets their design wishes. The solution was to remove the existing bathroom and capturing a non-used bedroom to allow us to create a space they wanted.
