Tim Franklin

Founder - Designer - Builder

In 1995, Tim Franklin left an architectural firm to start Franklin & Associates, a Design-Build company specializing in custom homes, remodeling, historical renovation, interior design, and commercial projects.

Franklin & Associates provides both architectural and construction services, ensuring high-quality custom buildings with tight budget control and unified communication.

​

Before this, Tim managed various projects for 12 years, bringing over 30 years of experience. The firm's notable work and professionalism have gained national recognition. Tim personally oversees each project and works directly with clients.

Chris Weitzel-Janca

Construction Manager

 

​Chris has worked together with Tim for over 19 years. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction, as well as a strong skill set in restoring historical structures. Chris oversees the daily operations and scheduling of each project including team member duties.
