"Franklin & Associates did a fantastic job of designing and building a large first-floor master bedroom suite with a large bath. They also built a 3-car garage with a large multipurpose room (i.e., with kitchen and bath) above it with a separate entrance. In addition, to all of the new construction, they also refurbished and remodeled many existing rooms in the house (e.g., the old master bedroom, main stairway to the second house floor). Tim and his crew were always available for questions and were helpful in offering creative ideas to our plans while sensitive to costs. The crew, especially Chris and Kevin, were very considerate of our living needs while doing all of the work and would often visit on Saturdays to go over any changes and additions we desired. The crew were perfectionists when it came to building or remodeling - a real added bonus! We will miss the crew as they feel like part of our family after 10 months (the original project was to take less time but they did such great work we kept adding projects."

"Designer Builder Tim Franklin was professional and businesslike but also very kind and patient as we planned a major remodel of our ancient home on the Lake Erie. 

With the high winds common along the north coast, the structural elements had to be the best. My husband and I toured many of Franklin & Associates projects of the past years to check his work BEHIND the walls, the actual bones of the project - all which exceeded specs and stood beautifully strong. The finished walls and woodwork were also impeccable! The stairway designs are very innovative yet classically tasteful - excellent construction made even more exceptional with magnificent wood and sometimes well designed rough iron. stylish with crisp elegant lines! True Beauty! 

Tim Franklin met with us personally and backed up his designs with a staff of experienced structural engineers to assure the integrity of the concepts we favored. 

Our project is enormous. Franklin & Associates drew the plans and personally met with local zoning boards to assure our project would progress on schedule; however construction was delayed by the sudden need to rebuild docks which were smashed in a storm by neighboring trees. 

In the meantime, we have referred Tim Franklin to many neighbors who thank us everytime we see them. One neighbor told me that he even offered to pay Franklin EXTRA as a bonus because the value of his quoted work exceeded expectation - apparently, Franklin's reply was simply a huge smile and Thanks for the opportunity to do the work he loves. 

It is always a pleasure to work with Tim Franklin, he is charming, stylish, impeccable in his appearance, intelligent and always enjoyable - we are eager to complete our remodel/ rebuild with Franklin & Associates."
